The Vasyli-Armstrong Diabetic orthotic addresses the key problem areas for the diabetic foot – shearing / friction and pressure. The dorsal surface of the Vasyli-Armstrong orthotic moves with the plantar surface of the foot. This dramatically reduces shearing/frictional forces. This in-turn assists In the reduction of skin lesions and the potential for infection/ulceration.
