Phillip Vasyli
Phillip J. Vasyli, world renowned Podiatrist, Chairman and founder of Vasyli International has always been committed to delivering quality treatments and education designed to enhance practitioners' knowledge and patient's health and well-being.
Phillip founded 3 specialty podiatry sports clinics in Sydney, Australia in the 80's along with the largest custom orthotic manufacturing laboratory in the southern hemisphere.
The Vasyli Think Tank™ is at the very heart of Vasyli, influencing product development and educational programs to benefit both the practitioner and patient alike.
Jenny McConnell
Renowned Australian Physiotherapist Jenny McConnell has been involved in research into patello femoral, shoulder and lumbar spine problems. She has published widely in these areas and has lectured extensively on the management of these chronic musculoskeletal problems.
Jenny's experience in the management of knee and back conditions, her world renowned supportive strapping techniques and her knowledge in the application of Vasyli Custom orthotics, will greatly assist in the development of new and innovative products designed specifically to enhance patient treatment regimes.
Howard J. Dananberg
Named among the most influential Podiatrists in America by Podiatry Management Magazine, and is a founding member of the new Vasyli Think Tank™.
Howard is renowned for his work in the development of the concepts associated with Functional Hallux Limitus. His published articles on Sagittal Plane Biomechanics, his patented Kinetic wedge and work on gait-related back pain is recognized world wide. His patented invention of Insolia® - designed to alleviate foot, leg and back pain in women's heeled shoes, is distributed around the world.
David Armstrong
Director of the Center for Lower Extremity Ambulatory Research (CLEAR) at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, Dr. Armstrong is also Professor of Surgery Associate Dean of Research for Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago.
David also contributes as codirector for the annual Global Diabetic Foot Conference held in Hollywood, CA.
David's speciality is in the care of the diabetic foot. His ground breaking research and clinical experience is recognized and acknowledged around the world.
Bill Vicenzino
A Professor in Sports Physiotherapy at the University of Queensland, Bill coordinates the Masters in Physiotherapy program and is Director of the Musculoskeletal Pain and Injury Research Unit. Bill leads research into musculoskeletal disorders of the lower limb and their treatment by use of physical agents, focusing on orthotics and taping.
Also a manipulative physiotherapist, Bill's clinical experience comes largely from private practice over three Australian states since graduating in 1980 with his base physiotherapy degree.
Trevor Prior
Director of Premier Podiatry Limited and P2L, Trevor currently consults as a Podiatric Surgeon at Homerton University Hospital in the UK. His areas of specialty include foot surgery, sports injuries, biomechanics and gait analysis, orthoses and diabetic foot complications.
With extensive training in the UK, USA and Europe, Trevor is a member of a number of professional groups including The British Associations of Day Surgery and Sport and Exercise Medicine and is Vice Dean of the Faculty of Podiatric Surgery, Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists. He has worked extensively with elite sports men and women from a wide range of sports and his work with P2L has pioneered the ability to produce fully bespoke soccer boots.
